Meet Butch

My sweetheart in a cart.  Butch is a rescue from the Dachshund Rescue of North America.  From the moment I brought him home he fit right in with the rest of my "kids."  As with most cart dogs, he doesn't have a clue that he's any different that the others.  In fact Butch and his cart buddy Denny  raced in their carts at the National Dachshund Race.  The only problem I've come across with Butch is finding someone to care for him if I go on vacation.  So I decided to provide this service in my home to others with pets that require special care.

Services provided include...

expressing bladder & bowels
giving medications & injections
bathing to prevent "urine scald"
exercise/playtime every day 

~ and living as part of our family ~

Bring a favorite blanket, toys, food & whatever else that will make your dog feel at home.   We do not cage dogs unless your dog is more comfortable in his private "domain".

For overnight stays . . . $25 a day

For home visits for dogs or cats(20-30 min) . . . $20 within 10 miles

Dogs that are not handicapped (and are under 40 pounds) are also welcome at a rate of $20 daily.

Daycare is available at $15 daily.

Holiday season rates are slightly higher.

Since I only care for 1 handicapped dog overnight at a time, a 1 day deposit is required to reserve your day(s).  This is applied to your final rate and is not refundable.
